Registration Desk


A registration desk will operate throughout the Conference. The registration desk staff will be pleased to assist you with any matter that will make your visit to Sydney more comfortable.

Distances

The conference venue is located in the Sydney Central Business District, which is a 20 minute taxi drive from Sydney Airport.

Currency and GST

All transactions are in Australian dollars. GST is chargeable on many products and services, such as accommodation, and is payable regardless of whether or not you are an overseas visitor.

Mobile Phones

You are requested to turn mobile phones off during all ACE10 sessions, as a courtesy to the presenters and to other delegates.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation of a registration must be notified in writing to ACE10 Conference Management, Suite C2.10, Level 2, 22 – 36 Mountain St, Ultimo NSW 2007 Australia. Cancellations prior to 1 September 2010 will receive a full refund less $100 administration fee. No refund will be given for cancellation after 1 September 2010, however exact substitutions will be possible until 20 September 2010.

Accommodation

You are responsible for booking for, and paying, your own accommodation. You can book your accommodation at the accommodation page (click here).

Dress Code

The dress code throughout the conference and for the Conference Dinner is "smart casual".
